For a couple of weeks now I've been searching and trying to figure out a way to use my favorite font in here just to add a little beauty on my blog aside from the old/default and boring font. That last template I used I edited the fonts on it's XML code but sad to say I'm the only one who can see it if the people who are viewing my site doesn't have the font installed on their computer.
Though I found a way which is called sIFR (Scalable Inman Flash Replacement) ---read here or here for more details, I got excited while reading the first page thinking I have the solution to my problem BUT unfortunately I don't have flash on the computer so I tried to search for another way that I could be able to customize or change fonts on here and people will see it even if they don't have the font installed on their computer.
So I finally found one and it's easy and you don't need flash to change or render your font just simply copy the code on the site and paste it on your html/xml template (but if you have flash on your computer use sIRF). All you have to do is: (based on what i did on my blog from what I read on fontburner.com)
1. Choose fonts available on their category, like me I choose Desyrel font under the decorative category,
2. When you find one that you like click on "get code" or simply click on the font:
3. Then you'll see the code below the screen after you clicked the "get code", like this: copy and paste it on your blog layout.
4. Go to your blogger account> Login>Dashboard>Layout (of your blog that you want to customize/change font) >Edit Html
Then paste the code under the head tag before the body tag on your xml/html template, like this:
Note: You can change the font color but only to black, white and gray color

That's all then save and view your new transformed blog site.
